You must find a local FFL dealer who will do the transfer of your firearm, their transfer fees will vary.
We need a hard copy of their FFL - send to: info@summerfirearms.net
When your payment clears and we have a signed legible copy of dealer's FFL, your firearm will ship out in 3-5 days.
You have 3 days to inspect the firearm for any damage or defects, you cannot test fire or disassemble it.
If there is a problem, do not take possession of the firearm.
Please contact us immediately.
Once you take possession of it, it is yours and any problems with it are between you and the manufacturer.
If your transfer fails (problem with 4473 or background check) or you simply refuse the order, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
